Wrinkle Reduction: Boosting Your HGH Levels Naturally!

by Tommy Engan

Wrinkle reduction, or the need for it, only becomes an issue when your body's natural production of HGH starts slowing down around age 20 or 21.

HGH, or Human Growth Hormone is the controlling hormone of many functions and benefits associated with youth, such as vitality, smooth skin, a good head of hair, energy and resilience. It's the natural chemical that keeps you looking and feeling young.

By the time you hit 30, your HGH-levels start dropping dramatically; to the tune of 14% or more per decade. That's the point where a lot of people seek wrinkle reduction products and procedures. There are, however, alternatives. Let's take a closer look at the most common one:

Injectable HGH. Very expensive (around $15 000 per year), this is a popular choice among the rich and famous, as it works almost instantly. The big drawback, besides the price, is the side-effects these injections can have. They include:

  • Enlarged hands and feet

  • Forward protrusion of your lower jaw

  • Higher blood pressure

  • Coarsing of face

  • Hunch back

  • Diabetes mellitus

  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

  • Early Death

Still interested in HGH-injections? Me neither.

Another option is using a Homeopathic HGH spray. If you do some research online, you'll find that, despite their wrinkle reduction claims, the effects of these highly overpriced products ($50-$100 per month) are questionable at best.

The third option is my favorite, as it is very cost-effective, and it works. It involves the stimulation of your own HGH-production naturally, drastically reducing your need to look into wrinkle reduction products in the first place.

There are primarily two very powerful Amino Acids that can do this: L-Arginine and L-Lysine. On its own, L-Lysine doesn't do much, but when used with L-Arginine, it boosts the former's HGH-producing capabilities tremendously. Both products are relatively inexpensive and can be found in any health food store.

Eating Right: Your diet can have a big impact on your HGH production. You see, insulin decreases your HGH levels. Foods abundant in simple carbohydrates increase insulin levels and indirectly drop your HGH levels. Foods to be avoided are those rich in simple carbohydrates like pasta and potatoes.

Foods that support your HGH production are foods like nuts, legumes, whole grains and beans.

Now, HGH, when stimulated naturally, can have wonderful physical effects. However, it will not turn back the clock and give you that overnight dramatic wrinkle reduction. In order to do that, we have to explore a different area. Visit antiagingreviews.com to read more.
